Request a guide to adding a new temple

Could someone do a tutorial of adding a completely new 5-level temple to the Roman faction?
completely new would mean, not one of the vanilla temples, but a completely new name and build tree.

It shouldn't be that difficult. (it's just, I haven't been successful).

One this isn't a tutorial so doesn't belong in the scriptorium, two as I pointed out over at TWC read the EDB guide it has all the information on creating a new building that you need.
