View Full Version : 2 turns per year on Baktria campaign...

Hey all, just wondering if anyone else has the same problem as I.
I started playing EB 1.2 as Baktria and was really enjoying it, although after a couple of years (in game, of course):laugh4: I noticed that the game had switched back to the 2 turns per year (one turn summer, the other winter). Not a major problem, however I feel that 4 turns per game year is a lot better and overall improves the experience.
Anyone else had this problem? Or is there a bug fix or something I haven't found yet?
Did you activate the script?

If you quick-load a savegame, you have to activate the script *again*.
Just in case you did not quick load and it is really a bug - make a savegame and then load it - now you will get the option to re-activate the script...

I think he must be allready to have the scripts on..... because he didn't mention about the savegame load.....
Maybe some corrupted line in scripts perhaps? Did you modify them?

This would be illogical. I think he just forgot to re-activate the script.

I didn't activate any script, just started a new game and played for about 10 turns. It was working for the first few years and then just randomly switched back. (I was playing continously so I didn't load the game again anytime). Maybe I need to activate the script...:help:

Im not sure if i understand you correct due to my lame and too lame English, but i guess you ask how to activate The Scrpit. In that case just press teh "show me how" button when your advisor (that guy who appears on the top left every time you start a new game or load an save game) pops up. If he doesn't pop-up when you load a game, just click one city of yours and he surely will come. :beam:

How do you play the game at all with the guy popping up every single time you click a settlement? Its distracting enough that I couldn't NOT activate the script if I tried....
