Why do some units get negative xp even though they have a positive k/d ratio?

RTW apparently tracks every man in a unit. And if a more experienced man dies, overall experience goes down too. You might have just gotten unlucky.

not -as- unlucky, the most experianced men tends to be in front. Frontlines are more dangerous.
