For those who can get their hands on it, even now, purchase the Special Forces edition. It's worth the extra 10 bucks, even for those 6 units, the map and the fancy packaging.

Now, if you purchase the Special Forces and activate it, you get 3 extra units from Steam, the Bonus pack that's available for purchase.

Yes!

You should have had them since about patch 1.4.

The one unit that is not faction specific are the Dahomey Amazons.

They are buildable in any North African region.
