Screen keeps reloading

Hello, I have got even more problems with EB on my new computer, in every battle and campaign the screen turns black, the loading bar appears and then it is good for another 10 seconds and repeats itself, what to do?

Not too weird, my laptop also doing that load revert and load again, but everything goes fine.....

Not with me, every 6-10 seconds, that is annoying.
