For some reason, I cannot Upgrade to EB v 1.2 :no: does anyone have a link to Force Diplomacy v 1.1, or possibly a way to fix it so i can upgrade to 1.2?

IIRC FD is not changed from EB 1.2
Just install it like described in the FD-thread.
Could you be more precise in the case of your failure to install EB 1.2?
