Question about Sicily

Hello new here.

I was looking at the recruitment map that comes with the Mod and I noticed that Sicily is one of the few places that allows you to build Arrow Projectors. However I have no idea what goverment type or buildings would be required to build these units.

Can someone help me with this probably simple question. Do I have to build it a lvl IV client ruler gov.

Is III gov. type ok, cause I would want my youngest family member to gain the governor of Sicily retruine.

Type III gov for Roman (or many other factions for that matter) I'd say the most ideal government except when it's a homeland obviously and when you need to get a general to defend a newly conquered region (in that case you build IV).

It says for arrow I think you need at least level 4 native barrack. The one in Sicily is actually stone which requires level 3 barrack. I hope we're looking at same viewer here lol.

Whait, whait, whait, whait!
Arrow projectors can be build nearly everywhere. It just has to be your nations homelands with a Level (4?)5 barack.:book:
