Good god i have not been on the org in forever. whatever. anyway i recently booted up RTW because i was bored, rocked it as the British for about a week. But then i figured, hey, in my reckless youth i never thought to modify my gaming experience! what glories have i been missing?

now i had attempted to install it once before a while back and it would simply crash. now i'm trying again but have run into a problem. I installed rtw, patched it to version 1.6 and downloaded EB. but during the install it would not let me put the EB files into the default. I have them all stored. Quite simply, where do i move them or what do i have to do to get the game up and running?

It depends on the version of EB you have, the filepath should be C:-Program Files-Activision(or SEGA)-Rome Total War or something similar.

You can alway install EB 1.1 and 1.2 in a new created folder and move them later manually into your RTW folder. Be sure to install them exactly in the same place, then apply the fixes, then move it.

A guide how to install EB is provided here (https://forums.totalwar.org/vb/showthread.php?t=80270).
