We know precisely why he is banned, and that's perfectly reasonable. I'm certain that Warning Points do not give you month-long bans.

The problem being that no one seems to know how long he is banned for. I've chatted with him before, and he professes to making alts and PMing Tosa about it, and getting no response. If he is perma-banned and unwelcome, simply say it. I don't see any rationality in keeping the official status in a state of limbo.

He doesn't know either. It should be between him and Tosa, yet he will message me and ask if he's officially perma-banned. Every time, I check that thread and tell him that he isn't perma-banned, and he makes another alt and PMs Tosa, and he will get no response.

I don't need to know, he does. And what is evident is that he is totally in the dark about it.

Making alts is hardly the best course of action though. But lets not go down that road.

IMO Best idea is to just wait for Tosa to reply here. Stamping our feet and yelling isnt going to make him do it faster.
