Hello! I'm playing as Carthage... after some time fighting around Europe (especially against those treacherous romans -.-), I decided to take the rest of western african provinces.

Once i captured Tuat, though, I found in it a building called "Victory", with a default image (some barracks with white background) and as descriptive text one that basically tells "this text should never appear on screen".

After a bit of investigation, I found that the game knows it as "hinterland_victory", it is placed by the script and it is somehow used to track victory conditions. The only problem: it should spawn in Terhazza, not Tuat!

First: is this normal?

Second: What should I do? Do I have to spawn one in Terhazza with console commands and destroy the one in Tuat? Do I just ignore it?

I'm confused :dizzy2:

Thanks!

I think they ran out of space in Terhazza so some markers spawn in Tuat.

There are only so many victory buildings used to track things but are move events to be tracked. By using two settlements, twice as many events can be tracked. It is normal for there to be "Victory buildings" in both cities. Just ignore them (and build the type of government you should even if you can build better).
