Wallachian Boyars (Ottoman Empire) — These swift light horsemen are right to see themselves as better men than their foes, as they pursue enemies from the battlefield.
Single Player Campaign Requirements: Military Governor’s Barracks in Sofia, Bulgaria

Bosnian Panduks (Ottoman Empire) — These irregulars are expert skirmishers, but can also give foes a nasty shock in close combat.
Single Player Campaign Requirements: Military Governor’s Encampment in Sarajevo, Bosnia

Circassian Armoured Cavalry (Ottoman Empire) — Medieval cavalry in chainmail may look hopelessly old fashioned, but it is a foolish enemy who underestimates these men.
Single Player Campaign Requirements: Army Staff College in Ankara, Anatolia

Armenian Archers (Ottoman Empire) — Seemingly archaic in an age of gunpowder and revolutionary fervour, these bow-armed skirmishers are still a dangerous force.
Single Player Campaign Requirements: Military Governor’s Residence in Yerevan, Armenia

Libyan Kuloglu (Ottoman Empire) — Libyan kuloglu are auxiliary cavalry, capable of dismounting to deliver a devastating volley with their blunderbusses.
Single Player Campaign Requirements: Military Academy in Cairo, Egypt

Palestinian Auxiliaries (Ottoman Empire) — These musket-armed regulars are good soldiers and, as garrison troops, are well able to keep order among the ordinary folk.
Single Player Campaign Requirements: Barracks in Jerusalem, Palestine

Cairo Janissaries (Ottoman Empire) — Cairo janissaries are recruited from among the children of janissary families, which gives them a sense of camaraderie and superiority.
Single Player Campaign Requirements: Cairo janissaries are recruited from among the children of janissary families, which gives them a sense of camaraderie and superiority

Mounted Nizam-I-Cedit (Ottoman Empire) — These mounted infantry ride into battle before delivering volleys of fire, but can fight on horseback if needed.
Single Player Campaign Requirements: Army Vizierate anywhere

Rajput Zamindars (Maratha) — These heavy cavalry are armoured from head to toe in mail and plate, giving them a terrific shock value as they charge home.
Single Player Campaign Requirements: Staff College or Military Governor’s Barracks in Udaipur, Rajpootana; Ahmedabad, Gujarat; Ahmadnagar, Ahmadnagar; Ujjain, Malwa and Magpur, Berar

Poligars (Maratha) — Poligars are unusual: elite light cavalry who wear armour. Despite the extra weight, they are still a terrifyingly swift force on the battlefield.
Single Player Campaign Requirements: Military Academy or Military Governor’s Barracks anywhere

Barawardi (Maratha) — Barawardi are an elite light cavalry force. Despite wearing armour, they are surprisingly quick on the battlefield.
Single Player Campaign Requirements: Military Governor’s Encampment in Kabul, Afghanistan and Zahedan, Baluchistan

Wow, the Ottomans seriously get some love from this DLC, however i can't help think that there is not much 'elite' about these units. Still, really nice though.:2thumbsup:

They don't look exactly like elite, for starters most of them are irregulars, they look seemingly middle class at the best of times!

Appearance-wise they look much better than the cookie-cutter Western DLC units. It remains to be seen whether they will have meaningful impact on gameplay.

Nonetheless at only 2.92 USD there's little risk in purchasing it.

Considering how much I enjoy playing Ottoman, this is the first DLC pack with my name on it.
