Somehow I've attained the Augustan Reforms at 142 B.C., less than 20 years after reaching the Marian Reforms. According to the FAQ, they shouldn't come until at least 125BC. While I have a character who has all the required traits, I'm not even sure if I have 45 type 2 settlements! Anybody see this before?

-At least year 125BC
-Hold 90 settlements
-Have at least 45 type2 settlements
-Fight 400 battles
-Have a general that is:
Sharp/Charismatic/Vigorous
At least Skilled Bureaucrat
At least Arrogans
At least Expert Recruiter
Can't be Selfless
(If these conditions are met, the general will receive a trait telling he wants to seize power. Make him the Faction Heir and as soon as he becomes the leader the reforms will happen.)

I had nearly the exact thing happen to me awhile back. Never did figure out why or what triggered it. It was a strange but exciting surprise. Very bad deal for the Sweboz who had recently turned on me after years of alliance. Those Augustan units are sick.

Yes, the Sweboz hold 1 settlement I need to meet the victory conditions, and since they've been my allies since the first year of the campaign, I'm saving it for last. Judging how my first meeting with Sartres and his pals went with my green Marian troops, I'm going to need those Augustans...
