Baronial Estates, Changing Nation Status

I am in the process of making my own mod for MTW and i have gotten pretty far so far ive edited most of the unit types etc etc. Ive also linked some the building together with other building to produce certain units ive also changed the world map etc etc changed some of the names of certain units However i am stuck at the moment.

Baronial Estates which can only be produced by Germany and Italy i think i want to be able to change that however i am at the end loss on where i can do this i cannot find the right file or files to do this. Can anyone help. http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/dizzy.gif

Ice Cold, I admit to being all-thumbs clueless on mods, so I'm going to move your post to the Dungeon, where the experts can give you a better hand. (A copy will remain here a day or two, so you can still find your post).

Baronial Estates can be produced by all Catholic nations.

I am not sure where it is.

It's in "crusaders_build_prod13" at the very, very, very end of the line which starts "ROYAL_COURT". It says "{ITALIAN, GERMAN_HRE}" and you'll probably want to change that to "{POLISH, HUNGARIAN, ARAGONESE, BURGUNDIAN, DANISH, ENGLISH, FRENCH, GERMAN_HRE, ITALIAN, PAPIST, SICILIAN, SPANISH, SWISS}" which is that list of factions that can build their way to "Baronial Courts". To make it for all factions select the whole bit that looks like "{},{ARAGONESE, BURGUNDIAN, DANISH, ENGLISH, FRENCH, GERMAN_HRE, ITALIAN, PAPIST, SICILIAN, SPANISH, SWISS, POLISH, HUNGARIAN},{POLISH, HUNGARIAN, ARAGONESE, BURGUNDIAN, DANISH, ENGLISH, FRENCH, GERMAN_HRE, ITALIAN, PAPIST, SICILIAN, SPANISH, SWISS},{ITALIAN, GERMAN_HRE}" and just change that to ALL_FACTIONS.
