You should first check the section in the frequent issues about crashes (https://forums.totalwar.org/vb/showthread.php?t=103681), maybe you can track your problem.
If you need further advice, please be as specific as possible on describing the steps you make before the CTD occurs. Furthermore you can upload a save-game (https://forums.totalwar.org/vb/showthread.php?80870-How-%28and-why%29-to-post-a-SaveGame), so I can try it on my build.
