Need A little help with my LBM's

Ok, I have edited and completed several bif files in the review_panel.
Very successfully. http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif

But I have then tried to extract as a bmp, and save as a lbm to include in the battle/UnitIcons. After changing the back ground the (I hope) correct grey.

Well, this just is not working, something is going wrong as MTW keeps crashing everytime i try and load them up for a battle.

I have tried editing the lbm, opening the lbm in paint shop pro 7, saving it first as a bmp, then editing in MS paint.
Then I save the file, open in php7 and save again as a lbm.

Insert into Battle/UnitIcons ... and load up MTW to custom battle.

Crashes on clicking the continue button.

It is the lbm file as I tried everything individually, removing and replacing with working files and files i knew had no problems. ie just renaming an exsiting file.

HELP Please?

Is there something I am missing in PHP7? Should there be something that I need to do?

download the gfx thing from
tools downloads.
use it to convert bmps to lbm.

You might want to try the ImageConverter program that I wrote specifically to deal with LBMs. My program allows you to avoid the color palette issues that occur when another paint program is used.

I hate paintshop pro. I found ultimate paint much easyer to use.
