Domestikos - Army commander usually a east and west commanders under a Megas Domestikos .
Domestikos .....East??? Not sure what East and west is or how they are spelt.

Domestikos.....West???

Nobelissimos - A General of similar rank to Domestikos but one which is in closer contact with the Aftokrator. Generally a war Council member.

As far as I know:
Domestikos Disis (West)
Domestikos Anatolias (East)
Usualy "Domestikos" was accompanied with the name of a certain "Subject" (Thema in Greek, a province) rather than east or west.

eg Domestikos Rodion(=of people of Rhodes), Domestikos tis Rodou (=of Rhodes)

Except of Nobelisimos, which I have never heard, the rest are quite right.
