"Kill to level" [Archive]

Here is a question from Commander Greven il-Vec in the Entrance Hall:

I examined many of the unit stats documents at the download section but i couldn't understand what the "Kills to Level" means. Many of Units have 1 or 2 "Kills to Level" Value. What does it mean? And is there any relation about the unit's "Honour" Value?

Means that for every man in that unit, they have to kill 1 other or 2 others to go up a valour level.

Well thats my understanding of it.
