I have been tinkering with the agents files in the campmap\Pieces\agents files. There are 3 bifs' for each. These can be modifyed by anyone skilled in changing bmp to the bif format with bifreader. I am not that good at it but I replaced the crusade piece with a nice julius caesar going on a campaign for the Patrician mod I am working on. I could use some help with bif to bmp to bif conversions if anyone wants to pitch in. I am exited about this because I dint know it could work till today.
