Wow, that is pretty much the opposite of cheap (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819115223). I can't imagine spending that much on a proc unless I were writing it off as a business expense.

i'm much more excited by the upcoming AMD six-cores.

they will be cheap, and they will have turbo.

and they have a new platform in the form of the 8xx series northbridge and southbridge chipsets.

bring on April 26th!
