Hey, I've finished the latest evolution of my pagan addon. It's got synagogues and rabbis, and minarets and stuff, and I'm real proud of it. I've been posting about it in the entrance hall, but I figure you guys might care more.

I have just downloaded your mod and it looks like you have every right to be proud. But I think I must correct your terminology: this is not a mod, it is an expansion pack. There is everyting in here that CA would offer in the rumored Viking add-on.
I've not installed it to my game yet, I've only been checking out some of the programming. I applaud the effort you put into this.

oh no - it says just unzip directly to your c: drive? what if your folders name is MTW? that is incredibly dangerous to do and barring a gun to my head, i would never tell a zip to just "go ahead and write over any files in the C drive" what if there was a little rider that wrote over an OS file? i would strongly encourage everyone not to get into the bad habit of unzipping or installing random files over the entre C: drive

Ok, just for you, McGruff, I've gone through the trouble of changing it, and you can re-download, and put it anywhere. Happy now?

Anyways, when you do install it (if you do), make sure there are no errors. The 1st time I uploaded the pagan civil rights, I forgot one file, one lousy file, and it crashed. Don't think it'll happen, but I'm just a bit paranoid.

I am interested in:
Toga wearing priests and emmisary if you can do this.
Vestal virgins for the Roman temple (princess conversion)
Druid priest for the Pagan Gaul Faction
and watever else you can think of.

Havent tried any of the mods yet. Besides downloading and unzipping, which i think i can handle, got a question. Do they show up on the campaign list in some way, or are they under the historical section?

Nice mod, but it ended up making the campaign crash. It's probably because I've got french version. I swapped the right files in the loc\french folder(cause the eng is not used), but some event at the end of the 11th century made the campaign collapse. What a shame...

That collapse was only for Muslim & Christians, though, Pagans did pass successfully. But they lack Gunpowder(buildings but not troops, cannons or ships).....

And yes, having my game installed elsewhere than Program files, I had to manually copy each file... a real pain. Please stick to the "medieval total war" folder while zipping, wherever it is

el slapper, 1st off, I changed the installation thing, so don't blame for that no more. About the loc files, the game should only say "unable to translate", or something like that. If you wanted, you could send me the four relivant loc files for the french version: names, descriptions, events, and tooltip, and I'll change only what needed to be changed for you.

Well, it was not a blame, and I must acknowledge your mod is huge. Sorry if you took it as an offence, it was not the point at all(but my english sux, so...). A,d I just downloaded the mod to quick...

That campaign with the English was very nice(I autosolve a lot, playing only key battles, thus my campaigns aren't that long). I simply couldn't go far with Catholic or Muslim faction, because of that strange bug. And I won't bother you with changes for 1 single player, as every french player I know doesn't like mods.....

OK, pardon moi, mon ami, je ne veux pas dire pour blamer aussi. J'experimenterai demain pour trouver mon erreur, et je le telechargerai (?) encore quand peux.

Je suis serieux au sujet de mon offre, il mod est fait pour seulement peu de gens, et je le change pour une personne, mais ne pas un probleme.
