Alternate name questions/confusion

I am new so please be patient, I'm sure these are really basic questions. http://www.totalwar.org/ubb/smile.gif

1) Can you have more than one username for MP Shogun without needing a new CD Jewel case serial number? If you make a new one, does it erase the old one? How many can you have?

2) If you are "Daimyo" of your own clan, how do you add other people to your clan?

And how do you join other members to your clan?

You give them the code of your clan. When you register with EA, it says that you have to join a clan. Everyone is their own clan at first, unless your fortunate to join the establish clans already.

Are you sure that you can have as many user names (on the MP) as you want?
I used to be calles Eddioza Yamamoto but then I created a new user name called Krits Yamamoto. After that I tried to log on as Eddioza but it didn't work, so I tried to log on again, this time using the name of Krits but it said something like, 'serial number in used'. So I have to creat a new user name, which is Ratta Yamamoto.

Well you can have has many as possible. Your porblem Ratta was you probably had the wrong family name. Also the other problem was that when you tried to log on before was still lingering around so you cant get back on until it disappears.

Multiple names can be fun but some consider them as not honourable.

Its nice to have lots of names, and still be undiscovered. Its a strategy that increases fun with online stw play. Although I understand people see it as dishounerable, it is a good tactic, as long as you behave on an descent level, and not behave like tankdogg. This seems to become a more frequently problem in this community, and therefore clans should be aware of these actions.
