I recently met a Black, Jewish (!), Canadian, high school hockey player.

I can only assume he was adopted by White Jewish Canadians.

I mean the hockey thing sure, even the Canadian thing but JEWISH! They don't really proselytize yah know.

What sort of uncommon things have you all witnessed.

One time when I was a child, sitting in the schoolyard with a friend of mine, a pink-frosted cupcake fell from the sky to the ground not far from where we were sitting. It was in the middle of a baseball diamond, no trees around, on a clear blue day early spring. We thought mabey a bird dropped it, or perhaps it fell from an airplane. It was very strange indeed.

Chameleons lay eggs, that's not that weird. How it got into the chicken egg package is a bit odd though.

True story: One day at my old school I went into the parking lot and discovered that the entire area was literally covered in dead fish. There was no explanation whatsoever. The teachers didn't seem to think it was odd that there were hundreds of whole dead fish lying about.

Not so bizarrely, some of the dead fish ended up inside some of my classmates' desks.

Perhaps the fish fell out of a delivery truck of something. Did you live near the ocean?

Nope, there were no nearby major water bodies. A delivery truck is possible, but why would it have gone into the school parking lot?
Maybe the truck sprung a fish leak and the guys inside just swept all the fish into the parking lot because otherwise it would block traffic in the streets.

Not really an anomoly but once when I was flying to Tokyo I looked out my window seat over some mountainous area of Siberia and it was almost impossible to tell the clouds from the mountains cos everything was basically white
