Horizontal scroll weirdness [Archive]

I've noticed that on both my work and home computers, the forum has a horizontal scroll bar on the bottom, even when I have my browser window maximized. Is this something I can fix in my control panel, or is it intentionally set up that way? Anyone else have this issue?

Happens to me as well, both at work and at home. It started after the forum was upgraded. I can't find a setting in the CP to fix it.

Change to Breeze forum style and this will no longer be the case. I too had that problem using the default forum style (the old org style).

The breeze forum skin also fits the StarWars mafia picture in Sigurd's signature better. ~D

I have this due to the white space on the left, which is still around.

The guild skin, not changing. I LOVE THIS SKIN.

I've noticed the scroll bar thing too. I've gotten used to it, but it is still alitte annoying. What is breeze style and how to you change to it. I'd like to see if my eyes bleed or not!

Could we bribe TosaInu to fix it? I remember when I first got it, I kept stretching and stretching my window and it wouldn't stop. It made me sad. :sad:

It's due to the white-space to the left as pever said. Plus the bar at the top with "Home", "Forums", etc is too wide as well.

I changed it to Breeze.. only to change back to TheGuild.
That Breeze is too bright for me..

Hello,

The scrollbar popped up after applying a patch level upgrade. This may have introduced a little something, but I've no idea where to start looking. I'll likely have to redo the Guild skin.

Edit: I agree about it being very annoying and I'm using this skin daily.

What was funny though, my first instinct was when I first came on the site, was to move the bar, but it was no longer there, and I was like "uh? where has it gone... wait... it has gone!!".
