Generally, there are not many differences from the historical map of 1828, though there are some noble exceptions. And of course, the differences between Real history and the IH are growing. In fact, Kagemusha is in a process of making map.

The general rules are simple: you read the previous chapters, understand the situation that your country is in and then make the decisions (political, economical, military if needed) who you send to the IH mod (Franconicus) by private message. Diplomacy can be run by public and private messages. If you have questions about the background, you either ask the IH mod or make a small survey yourself.

Once the place of Russia is taken (which may be a fact by now), you can go on the reserve list. If a spot is freed, you will be contacted.
