After a big battle, the units and the water on the campaign map disappear, and if I engage a battle, you can't see the units if you zoom in, or any bridges on the battle map.

If there are graphical errors after a battle or after turn ending, simply save your game and restart EB. If it is repeatable, check your GPU and it's drivers.
