Rebel moding

The ai cant handle all the massrebelion it gets when it attacks their allys, often me, I wonder if and how i can change that with modding.

How often or likley factions or units rebel
can be modded in the production file.
I have not done much of this, so
I wont contaminate you with conjectur
on how to achieve the desired reaction from the ai.
