I made this in my daily 10 minutes of boredom...
Its just a little mod that jacks up the projectile stats making ranged units (including artillery, especially the ballista) more useful, along with higher costs for some of them. The changes are too many to mention individually, but almost all stats were changed in order to give more power to ranged units. If anything is WAY too unbalanced just tell me and i will fix it ASAP.

To use it simply extract the files to your MTW folder, making sure you backed up the original ones.

If you increase the velocity a little more they will be more accurate at hitting moving targets, which is required with the increased range figures. 200 to 250 are good values IMHO. Also you should find with the increased range that an increase in the number of arrows from the standard 28 is usually necessary.
