Hello everyone,
I was wondering if anyone would be so kind as to review my replay of a Cantabri Cavalry Army (With Asturian Support) VS. Roman Legion. I think the method worked as I won, but I still think it was rather sloppy and more due to luck. It didn't really go to plan cause the Stupid roman cavalry tried to flank me and distracted my left wing of my V for a bit. Well anyhow, if you review it can you please give me any tips about it? Thanks ahead.
I have a clean installation of EB 1.2 (with fixes) over Rome 1.5 and loading the replay via MP EDU gives me the 'might not play right' message. Mind telling me if you used Alex or any special EDUs or anything?

Nope, I'm using just regular old EB. I don't think it is the kind that uses BI as Night battles are the same as RTW not BI. My games always give me that message too when review replays because I think it has something to do with the differences betweed "Multiplayer" and "singleplayer" files.

from what i recall that message comes up for any replay
That's because you all are opening your battles using the SP EB. I can understand why the Load option wasn't put in the MP EB by the development team: to avoid people loading campaigns whilst in MP mode. But people know better. Was this game played out on single player? If so I'll need to load using single player. Multiplayer EB gives the error and thus this game was not, again not played on good 'ol EB 1.2 over RTW 1.5 on multiplayer mode. Might as well be unintentional on your part. Haven't had a chance to try it out on SP mode yet. I don't see why you would play an SP battle unless you were doing custom and forgot to switch to MP.

That lets you load your MP replays using your MP EB. No need to keep on being submissive to silly error message simply cause ya don't load yer replay properly.

I wasn't playing on singleplayer....I just played the battle on Multiplayer and viewed it on Singleplayer....It works. Every replay that you save from multiplayer and view in Single player gets this message...it still works. I'm afraid I don't even understand what you are talking about. Are you saying that I plaed the battle on single player? No. I played on multiplayer.
I understand. Do you want to know what the result was of your battle on single player load replay? Unresolved. Neither side won the battle. Tell me I'm lying. You did play the battle on multiplayer. The battle also does not comply with vanilla EB 1.2 MP EDU and therefore I suspect stat-modification and/or other submod-related activity. Your introduction/description to your battle I really enjoy, but it's sad not to be able to play it out. I want to see your Victory, not your Unresolved battle.

OhhhhhhI figured it out. I the only modification to anything so far I have done is change the color of Lusotana on my game, but I don't think that would affect it any, and also I made the Goidilic units availabel for recruitment. And I see what you saying. I watched it and I see what your saying about the unresolved. What is able to be done about fixing it?

Nothing can be done post-battle, I'm sorry to say.

Is there anything that would fix any errors like this from occuring in the future?

hey, up for a battle now? I see you're online, though not on the network.

Random. OP just make sure you haven't any random submod or whatnot. Just make sure you have regular EB, clean and virgin, and no modified formations. That sometimes messes things up, for sure.
