Features, Additions etc

I have been playing RTW for a long time but i'm still new to EB. I haven't been able to install it yet but i search the forum for useful information about the EB. I read about reforms, goverment types, ethnicity playing part in settlement governing and many many other things that make the game more complex than the vanilla RTW. I like that very very much but i have to know these new things that are introduced in the game. RTW seemed very simple to me although it is still challenging, but there are so many new features in EB that need explanation. I would like to ask all of you more experienced users to post these features with some explanation to help me and other new users of EB. I'm getting more and more excited when i read about a small but great change or addition to the original RTW. I can't wait for the new pc.
