Restarted Computer means DEBUGGER

Could someone please tell me the cure to the debugger? My computer has NO technical issue with Rome Total War, it has played Rome Total War and Europa Barbarorum before, I restarted the computer and now suddenly I can not start Europa Barbarorum.
