CTD with retrofit mod

I change the retrofit mod game files a little. I make unlockable factions to be playable. And change the turn system from 2 to 0.5. And I got CTD when loading the battle. I noticed that it happens just with fighting French, sometimes it happens and sometimes it doesn't. Hope to get responses.

What does your log say? It sounds like a modeldb error of some sort.
