I'm going to go to a cookout and am going to eat alot! The weather is supposed to be nice here tomorrow as well, just alittle hot. Happy 4th everyone!

Hehehe, overslept after yesterday's clam bake, roast corn, and beer, volleyball. The fireworks were awesome and the weather superb. Today it's swimming pool, horse-shoes, tubesteak on the grill, and club soda for yours truly. why are these keys clacking so loud...:sweatdrop:
I'm already fourthed-out. Two townships' worth of fireworks have already gone down, cookouts, pools, parties ... and now we do it for another 24 hours? I may have to hide. Happy 4th, everybody.

The fireworks are unpacked and prepped for quick ignition. Did some test shots last night. Prepping the grounds today, making sure we don't start any fires we don't actually want.
What better way to show your love for your country than blowing up a small piece of it? ~D

Big stretch for me coming up in the next couple of days. Fireworks and barbeque tonight, heading down to the shore with some friends tomorrow, and then on Tuesday, taking part in the most American of all activities: jury duty. :smash:

You're a monster. A slavedriver. Some of us have been drinking and partying for two straight days already. And we've already had two nights of fireworks. No, tonight I put the kids to bed and hid out. Tomorrow is a school day (well, actually it isn't, but it is a work day, and the idiom is what it is), and I can't drink anymore. My poor, pink, fluffy liver isn't used to this sort of rough handling.

A similar themed reply crossed my mind when IA first posted this thread, but the editor is my head said "ARE YOU CRAZY?! That is terrible!" So I chucked the response into the trash and moved on to devastate another thread. :laugh4:

Jesus Christ. I went to two barbecues (one on the third, one on the fifth), ate more burgers than I have all month and more hot dogs than I have all year, got drunk every day, went to the national fireworks display high and listened to Creedence and Skynyrd nonstop for the past three days.
That was a good three day long Fourth... and a miserable Sixth.
