AoR mod for Rome Total War

I'm creating a mod for Rome Total War vanilla that creates a AoR sistem.
I only need some :help: for retexturing the units, because I've tried a lot but I'm not good on texturing or skinning units. Can someone help me creating this mod?

There are plenty of unit packs around, many of which are free to use without permission. The trouble is, most are on twcenter, which is down :(

That's the problem! Today I started the auxillary barracks building and I'm searching for units to use as auxillary.
The actual AoR regions are these:
Gaul (France, Numantia, Galatia and Illirya)
Briton (Belgica, British Islands)
German (Northern territories)
Steppes (North-Eastern lands)
Iberian (Baleares and Spain)
African (Africa)
Roman (Italy)
Greek (Southern Italy, Greece, Macedon, Anatolia)
Pontic (Anatolia)
Persian (East border regions: Parthia, Arabia, Armenia)
