ancillaries?

I'm not sure I'm calling them by the right name, but I have a question about the ancillaries that your character can pick up (the ones that appear in his profile, such as "clerk," "garum chef," "family retainer," etc.) How do you transfer them to other characters? I know you can often click and drag them to the other character's profile, but a lot of the time I've run into characters where, when you try to click and drag their ancillary to another character's profile, nothing happens. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks, -M

Yes, ancillaries is the correct term. You can move them by dragging-and-dropping them on the portrait of the intended recipient in the unit bar. Keep in mind that a character cannot have more than 8 ancillaries, and certain ancillary types cannot be combined. Could this explain your problems?

AFAIK, both characters must be in the same stack or same city to make the ancillaries transferable...
