Create new skins

Hi! I am pretty sure I have serched all over hee, in twcenter.net, & google but could not find my answer. I want to know how to create my own units/skins. I am a a pro at adding units from created by others but idk how to create my own. I do know I need to create it myself with something like photoshop. Anyone know where a guide or a tutorial might be for creating my own units/skins?! Thanks!

Hi Blackwolf, welcome to the .org!

There are three parts to editing the unit graphics.

1. Skinning - the easy part. This involves changing the textures of existing unit models
2. Modelling - the harder part. This involves changing the geometry of the 3d unit models
3. Animation - the hardest part (imo).
