An Idea and Request For a Mod

i was wondering... in MTW the church doesnt seem to hold much influence in the game. this is very unlike the middle ages where the church was a real power. so what i am lookng for is a mod which can do several things perhaps...

some ideas

-a church in a provience can generate revenue
-a cathedral can generate significant revenue from all provs
-possibility of the pope gaining money from all churches, or from catholic factions.
-bishops and cardinals requiring upkeep for thier services

any more ideas would be nice, and perhaps someone to make it

same as church, except not sure if you can build a cathedral in all provinces, aren't they limited??? if no not a problem.

problem, i don't think you can trade with other factions, all money generated by structures stay in that provence for the owner, can't find any reference in any files i've looked at.

not a problem, just add a support cost in the unit prod file, and you get charged appropriate amount just like troops.

i've tried, but the ai, just can't seem to do them right. i've limited it in fact, increased cost and build time and put a support cost in their, and lowered it's building priority. been trying to figure out a way so they don't loose men en route, but i seems hard coded, again i can't find any reference to it.

give the papacy some unique building that produce income, of course then other factions loose that ability. been fooling around trying to make the ai harder, and last a little longer. tired of this game is so easy posts. hopefuly when i'm done, they'll beg for mercy. http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif

tried again last night to find even a reference to when he gives you money, couldn't find anything. probrably hard coded, and while i'll fool around with text files, i am not good enough to go fooling with the exe. besides i read somewhere it's encrypted or coded, something like that.
