I've tried beginning celtic campaigns but never got to finish one, that bit worries me:

Time of Bondsmen
Spoiler Alert, click show to read:
-Casse, Arverni, and Aedui must build at least 4 (forum)(L3 Market) collectively

Time of Soldiers
Spoiler Alert, click show to read:
-Casse, Arverni, and Aedui must build at least 6 (forum)(L3 Market) collectively
-Casse, Arverni, and Aedui must build at least 4 Large Cities collectively
-Casse, Arverni, and Aedui must build at least 6 Large Temples ('awesome' level)(L3 Temple) collectively

As a human player, if i play arverni/aedui, my first reflex will be to crush my threatening celtic brothers, does it mean i can say bye to the reforms?

Nope it won't... But then you must build all of this markets yourself

no whiping out the other celts will not deprive you from the reforms. the others are helpfull for getting the reforms but you don't need them. It's possible to get the reforms just by fulfilling the conditions on your own, but when eg you play the aedui and have like 3 forums while the Casse have one you get the first reform right away just like when you have 4 markets on your own.

Whipping Aedui or Arvernii early is unavoidable when you play as the opposite, but it wasn't wise to kick Casse unless you allready own whole France
