Anyone working in this industry?
I'm looking to get a training in a hotel right now and next year possibly apply to one of the hospitality schools (universities) in Europe.

Any tips?

A friend of mine does. Be prepared for many night shifts. But, if you are lucky and end up working at a good hotel you'll meet plenty of famous people.
