Playing vanilla campaign?

OK, quick question. I'm downloading this mod right now and i just wanted to know if i'll be able to play vanilla campaigns after installing EB. Or should i copy and create another RTW folder for that?

Welcome

EB is modfoldered, so it does not change anything in your RTW install. You can still play RTW.

Don't forget to install the fixes and read the FAQ.
