Is it possible to make Persepolis a type 1 government after you do the persian reforms if you play as Hayasdan? Because I'm doing the whole process now and it would be cool afterwards to make Persepolis the capital, but it would be kinda silly to have it as type 2.

I believe Persepolis will only be a subjugation region after the reform, Type 2 gov't.

If you finished upgrade several cites in the east part of the reform-tier to gov2, then the homeland resource will be appear at Susa and Persepolis, and you can upgrade both cities to gov1.

From the script = 6 cities.

Really?? Thanks a lot, can't wait for the reforms to be complete!! It's a real pain to get the distance to capital penalty when you have Armavir as the capital, which is really far away from the cities near baktria and india.

Well, you can build gov1 in Susa and Persepolis, but AFAIK the level 5 factional MIC in those cities won't give you anymore troops, as your special factional troops are recruitable only in Armavir, Ani-Kamah and Karkathiokerta.

BTW, my Hayasdan capital is always Armavir.
