Umm... yeah... now those traders are back... and they sold that thigs openly again...

But now... I have about Rp 2000000 ($ 200) to spent on some animals..... maybe I should try to save a Lemur, a Tarsius, or a Baby Orang Utan by bought it and kept it as pet...

Buy a Lemur and name it something Org-related. It seems appropriate.

Animal traffickers are just horrible human beings. You are doing the right thing and I have a lot of respect for that

I doubt you'd be able to cope with an Orangutan

I don't think buying those animals is the right thing to do, it will just stimulate them to capture more and next time you will have to buy two, then three and sooner or later all alive Lemurs will live in a cage in your garden because you "saved" them all.

What he said, every purchase keeps them in business, so buying would be the last thing to do if you want to save them.

If I was a bit more evil, perhaps I'll try to fit em in my suitcase when I go to Leiden next year... Skull you'll have some Orang Utans, Tarsius, and Lemurs to be sold with 10-fold prices.... and we could divide the profit evenly.... (I'm joking, completely joking)

Sigh.... those men never learned that what animals they sold cheaply here are sold back in 10 or even 100 fold prices at overseas markets.... and they keep capturing and sold them...
