Cool! This is the kind of thing the STW community has been missing so far: After Action Reports (AARs), records of particularly memorable games. They are fun to read.

I agree, good job Maltz. That was some bodacious use of your Daimyo. The battle for Ise was a near run thing.Did you trigger the Lengendary Swordsman event with that battle?
You should have,I'd like to see more.Oh,and I'd opt to go east, you have a nice start to that campaign. http://www.totalwar.org/ubb/biggrin.gif
Thanks for your generous support and here comes chapter 2.
Oda's War Story Chapter 2 - plz enter here (http://qlink.queensu.ca/~6dcl/STW/oda2.htm)
(Much sorry to Tito as I chose the west beofre you voted east http://www.totalwar.org/ubb/biggrin.gif)
Really enjoy the battle stories, keep em coming.
I have been keeping battle journals for about the last 6 months now complete with dramatic photos for official records, although I also wind in some extra drama by creating storylines for characters, rather than just simply reporting battle statistics.

The art of war is of vital importance to the state. It is a matter of life and death, a road to either safety or to ruin. Hence under no circumstances can it be neglected.

Shuko sorry I cannot give you a firm answer as the chapters vary from 10 to 25 pictures. Maybe 1 hour for a 15-picture chapter (text included).
Hope you've enjoyed them!

Maltz:
So, will we see more sagas of this new
"graphic novel" art form for the other clans?
Thanks again for the work, a lot of credit due to you sir.
Maltz
Very enjoyable http://www.totalwar.org/ubb/biggrin.gif
Not only a great story, but provides some good ideas as well http://www.totalwar.org/ubb/wink.gif
I look forward to future adventures of the other clans (see what you have gotten yourself into!)
BTW...(my own opinion) Don't apoligize for your grammer and spelling. You are able to convey the story very well and I think the "roughness" adds an enjoyable edge. It is as if you as the observer have just run back with the news to excitedly tell the people of great deeds you have witnessed!
Thanx again!

The only thing you have to regret are the chances not taken.
Expect the unexpected and take in air.
Thank you all for the encouragement and compliment.
Among the campaigns I have played so far, Oda has been the most enjoyable as there are challenges all the way to the end. If there is really a second best choice, I will do Imagawa. http://www.totalwar.org/ubb/biggrin.gif

Excellent job Maltz!Looking forward to the Imagawa saga http://www.totalwar.org/ubb/biggrin.gif
I truly enjoyes your campaign. It was brilliantly done. Wow, hope I eventually get to be so skilled in the ways of battle
Ok now the entire Oda story has been moved to here.
The Oda's War Story (Complete) (http://members-http-1.rwc1.sfba.home.net/dchoen/STW/01/)
Therefore, all of old links above will NOT work (too lazy to change one by one).
Thanks! http://www.totalwar.org/ubb/smile.gif
