Hello everyone!

Dear fellows, could you be able to tell me exactly number of units in EB? Or at least the maximum number of supported by BI engine?

Thanks in advance

The amount of units in EB would be 460. Well perhaps there a few more or less entries in the edu, but it's close to 460 anyway.

RTW 1.5 had a limit of 500 edu slots. I think BI has the same limit, but that can easily be searched at the scriptorium. See the very good EDU guide by Aradan for information.

yes, BI is also at 500. so it alex. the only difference is with alex having IIRC 300 slots, and RTW and BI having just 255.

Can you elaborate a bit? This is an issue I never really fully understood...

Alex allowed more model slots than RTW or BI. 300 instead of 255.

Oh, ok. And the reason you guys are able to have 460~ish EDU entries is because many units share models.

Well, that's simple enough. A few years of relative confusion is now straightened out. Thanks, abou.

Am I understood right? The limit of unique CAS models is 255 for BI, but using shared models feature (just like soldures, rycalawre and arjos share one CAS file) the amount of units might be increased up to 500?
