Getting EB working for mac

Hello, I was wondering if anybody knew how to get this working for the mac.

I've been reading this thread:

Unfortunately, I still have issues getting the mod working. I get to the point where the title is shown with the map in the background, and then it crashes. I followed the instructions in this thread several times, but nothing seemed to work.

I was wondering if anybody who did get this working on the mac could give me instructions.
