A question to expert modders

Knowing what you know now about the StartPos' (Early, High and Late), do you think it will be possible to get some of the Viking campaign's factions into the Medieval game?

I'm presuming they'll be a Viking Startpos, so I don't think it'll be too hard. I've got factions like the Swiss into early before so it shouldn't deviate from the this technique too much. We'll have the starting co-ordinates and the faction details. Then we could put the Scots, Welsh and Irish in, and we could even have the Vikings in Norway to compete against the Danes.

By all accounts it should be possible.
I know you said experts but all the experts work for CA
