Hello everyone!
Ok a bit of a fun thread for people to take part in whilst we wait for the mother of all occultus factions to be revealed.
Now, let's pretend for a minute we are not all 7ft tall 16-50 year olds with bodies and endowments like the Collosus of Rhodes but rather (....I am gonna regret typing this....) women, or at least a little bi-curious. Unless of course you say Cleopatra or Berenice etc to the next question.
The question is which figure from within the EB timeframe and EB map would you like to meet, where would you take them (both today or within the EB timeframe), what would you eat and is there anything you would ask them?
For example I would like to meet Commios of the Atrebates, I would take him to an American style diner and have some ribs and beer (cos I think he would appreciate it) or in his time a Gallic tavern and order the same. I would then take him to a Heavy Metal gig cos I think it would fit with the Belgic warrior ethos and ask him how substantial the Belgic migration to Britain was and why it started.
A thread like this had probably been posted before, but if so I am unaware if it, even if i posted it, I have a terrible memory.

Tell him NOT to get friendly with the europeans and kick their butts while he still can. If not, to stay ally with the french, and then I'd go to the huron confederacy to warn them against the Mohawks-British alliance. then I'd sail to France and have an Audiance with Louis XV and tell him to give a ******* shit about his colony because it's get conquered by those red-coats of british... then, I's be pissed by all that crapy court etiquette and I'll go back in time to take a mug of mead with Ariovistus...

I would transform into Martha Washington. That was her name, right? I'm not going to look it up. I wonder what it would be like to be the wife of a demigod. Man, ever since I was in elementary school and first heard about George Washington, I thought he was a BAMF. Not that we phrased it that way back then. But is it just me or is he made to seem that way? Heck, maybe he WAS a really BAMF. I can't tell. I don't know how you measure the significance level of a person like that. Dang...George effin' Washington. What kind of life did his wife had to live on a daily basis? What's the wife of a farmer turned soldier turned captain turned general turned president turned farmer again do?

If it were possible to trace back my family lineage to that era, I would like to meet my ancestors.
Although a little out of the time frame, stop whatever killed Alexander the great (flu/malaria/alcohol/stds? no idea) just to see the what could have happened.

A guy that i would like to know in EB time-frame?
Probably Pyrrus of Epirus or Hannibal Barca. I honestlly would like to serve in their armies. Kill romans alot. And in the end retire for one mansion with two or three wifes, have plenty of sons and grow older and richer until the day of my death.
In a side-story if i was a good soldier perhaps i could become a general, conquer a town or a kingdom and rule wisely.

I would probably want to meet Hannibal Barca. Stand in front of him look him in the eyes, and bitch slap the Phoenician out of him. When he or his guards try anything funny Ill take out the AK and shoot Hanny in the knee and tell him this is how crazy Caucasians role. Then run as fast as I can back to the time machine and get my Armenian as s out of there before the entire Carthaginian Empire comes looking for me. :)))))
