I'm too lazy to start three separate threads, so here goes....
First off, there's a fairly extensive interview (http://www.totalvideogames.com/Shogun-2-Total-War/feature-15635.html) with three guys on the dev team (Kevin McDowell, James Russell, & Jamie Ferguson). They talk about the game more in broad concepts, their motivation/inspiration for both Shogun titles, the research & historical info the team's used in the game, etc. Even though they don't discuss S2TW much in the way of specifics, I admit I still found the article a fairly interesting read.
Next is a GameTrailers (video) interview (http://www.gametrailers.com/video/battle-types-shogun-2/704825) with Kieran. The video largely rehashes what we already know, but Brigden does drop some potentially tantalizing (if still sparse) hints about their plans for the MP side of the game.
Finally, we have a nice interview with Dr. Stephen Turnbull (http://www.incgamers.com/Interviews/295/dr-stephen-turnbull-shogun-2-total-war-interview), who's served as CA's historical advisor for both STW and Shogun 2. It was cool to hear the ways in which he's helped shape both games, as well as his own thoughts on them.
