Tga files

I downloaded this thing that unpacks the pack file (so that I could edit the general cards, ancs, etc.) but apparently no program on my computer can open .tga files, and searching for one on google has proved fruitless. can anyone help?

For viewing use IrfanView, for editing use photoshop or gimp (free)

Ah tyvm. Interesting program looks like you can do a lot with it.
