Hey, first off thanks for taking the time to keep maintaining this incredible mod. Although it has stolen my life for huge chunks at a time.

So my OS is Windows 7 and I'm running EB on Steam, and have been playing off and on for about a year. I've had CTD's in the past, but for the typical reasons that I've read about here (sieges, rebellions, etc) that I learned to avoid through the usual technique of multiple savegames.

However, on this campaign, I press the end turn button during Winter of 248 BC while invading Epeiros, and during the Ptolemaioi turn I get a CTD or the game freezes. I've backtracked a ways tried a couple different fixes but the result is the same, at that exact moment.

Not sure what else to include, so I hope that's enough info. Thanks

Welcome to the forum!

Did you check the CTD-issues mentioned in the [url=https://forums.totalwar.org/vb/showthread.php?t=103681[Frequent encountered issues[/url]?
Just post a short answer, so I know for what I have to look for.

Turns out I didn't have 1.2 installed, so that fixed that. However, I do have a new and exciting issue, and I can't seem to find any mention of it happening before. When I go into a battle, the HUD is completely missing. No idea if this is an issue with EB or vanilla RTW, but is very, very debilitating. Should I upload the savegame or is there a ridiculously easy fix that I'm completely unaware of?

Thanks again!

You can't continue a 1.1 game under 1.2, it is not savegame-compatible! Check that the right version is showed in the main menu, if not you screwed up your installation.

The Minimal UI is an optional feature of RTW which you can disable in the ingame-options IIRC.
