Performance tweaks

Are there any performance tweaks I can make for M2TW to run more smoothly? I have a pretty decent computer than can run it on med-high but I want to make it run on maximum so I can see the beautiful graphics! Are there any performance tweaks out there to make it run faster?

Here's my specs

2.0GHZ Dual Core Intel
3.2GB DDR2 RAM
200GB HDD
256MB nVidia GeForce 7900GS

Any ideas?
